INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:
All business/vendor partners engaged in promotions or sales of goods and services (non-food) at special events on the University of California,
Davis campus are required to carry insurance in the amounts listed below:
GENERAL LIABILITY
Aggregate: $2,000,000
Per occurence: $1,000,000
Products and completed operations: $1,000,000
Personal injury: $1,000,000
AUTO LIABILITY
Per occurence: $1,000,000 (or maximum $2,000,000 aggregate for one policy year)
WORKER'S COMPENSATION
Statutory Requirement
You are required to:
- Provide proof of general liability in the amounts specified above, naming the Regents of the University of California as additional insured for the entire
length of the event.
- If you are bringing a vehicle, provide proof of automobile liability insurance in the stated amount required above.
- If you are bringing employees, the policy must include evidence of Workers’ Compensation coverage.
- The Certificate of Insurance must provide 30 days’ advance written notice for any modification, change or cancellation of any component of the insurance
coverage
- Attach a Certificate of Insurance to this application if your policy meets these requirements.

- You may obtain coverage at https://ucd.campusconnexionsuc.com/. Go to Vendors and Contractors → Exhibitors, where you will find the Exhibitor/ Vendor Liability Application and instructions.

- A Certificate of Insurance will be issued upon receipt of payment and is your proof of coverage. Attach it to this application.
IDENTIFICATION:
Business/vendor partner shall defend, indentify and hold the University, its officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all liability,
loss, expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), or claims for injury or damages arising out of partner’s activities on University premises but only in
proportion to and to the extent such liability, loss, expense, attorneys’ fees or claims for injury or damages are caused by or result from the negligent or
intentional acts or omissions of partner, its officers, agents or employees.
RIGHTS OF UC DAVIS:
Should an emergency of any nature, destruction or damage of an exhibit area by fire, wind storm, strikes, acts of God, etc., or a declaration of any emergency
by the Government arise prior to the event which would prevent its scheduled opening, it is expressly agreed that UC Davis may retain as much of
the payment for partnership as is necessary to cover expenses incurred by the event up to the time of such emergency.
CANCELLATIONS:
In the event a partner finds it necessary to cancel its participation in this event, refunds will be made as follows: for cancellations prior to August 15, 2018,
a full refund with deduction of $150 administrative fee; for cancellations 30 days or less prior to the event, no refund. All cancellations must be in writing.
Postmarks will be used to determine cancellation date.
